Ohio VOAD currently has the following committees
These committees are not tied to a particular disaster, but instead focus on their subject matter throughout the year to create guidance documents, best practices, and other resources for the VOAD membership and the general public. You can find some of those resources here.
This committee updates the website, facebook and X accounts. We also work on internal and external communication lines between our partners and our board of directors.
This committee works on educational programing for our meetings and provides opportunities for other disaster planning, preparation, response and recovery learning.
This committee works on helping provide assistance to those affected by disaster.
This committee assists with recruiting and maintaining our Ohio VOAD membership.
